A local netball club are going from strength to strength after being established in December 2011. The club welcomes members from 16 years onwards and boasts two competitive teams – Bishop Blues and Bishop Two Blues.
Team Captain Gen said, “These training sessions are a chance for our members either to build up or rediscover their netballing skills. We cater for all ages and abilities; our sessions are led by a qualified coach and we offer the opportunity to meet other women from the local community.”
Members train on a Monday night at Bishop Auckland College from 7-9pm. Sessions are £3. Anyone interested in joining can contact Justine on 07528 891 984 or Gen on 07725 114 112.
