No Delivery

We encourage people to let us know if they are not receiving their paper. There is a chance that we are between deliverers and service will resume as normal, but if it has been a while then there could be an issue that we are unaware of.

Of course, if we are unaware it means we need folk like yourselves to let us know.

Some reasons for missed deliveries

  • Deliverer is on holiday and we couldn’t find cover;
  • Deliverer has moved on and we are looking for a replacement;
  • We’ve put a call out but still can’t find a deliverer for the round;
  • We don’t cover your area;
  • Deliverer didn’t realise that your house is part of the street they are covering;
  • Letter box confusion;
  • Dog(s) in the garden.

Please consider the above and let us know whether you think any of those things could be the case, particularly if your house is set back from a street, so that we can double check with the deliverer.

We apologise and strive to get the paper delivered to you again ASAP but in the meantime, we also deliver spare copies to locations like libraries and town halls.

We would like to ask for your patience and understanding. We are a very small team producing and delivering papers to 33,000 houses. This is a momentous task. A lot of our deliverers are young, experiencing their first working role. Please be kind to them and if you experience any issues then let us know.

Finally, if you ever see paper bundles dumped, please contact us on 01388 775896 with the location so we can clean them up as soon as possible.
