Celtic demolish Pittington in Cup
Ferryhill were at home against Second Division Pittington FC in the Durham Sports League Cup second round and showed the visitors no mercy in a second half in which they scored an incredible nine goals to run out eventual 10-0 winners and march emphatically into the next round.
