Residents and staff at Holly Lodge Care Home in Maddison Street, Shildon, enjoyed a spooky-themed tea party for Halloween.
The dining room at the facility was turned into a haunted castle by activities co-ordinator Sharon Rammage, while Phil Gibbons took along a barn owl and a hawk to meet the residents, who also enjoyed playing Halloween games.
“It was a great atmosphere created by the staff, who had all dressed up in Halloween fancy dress,” said Sharon.
