Loyalty card scheme competition

Loyalty-schemeTime is running out for youngsters to take part in Shildon Chamber of Trade’s loyalty card competition.

Shildon Businesses are encouraging youngsters to enter a competition to design a logo the new town Loyalty Card.

Businesses taking part in the scheme will offer discounts and special deals to members.

The card will be launched at the annual Christmas Procession on 5th December, when there will also be stalls and entertainment.

Children from all four schools in the town can take part, and there will be a winner for both the Primary and Secondary school categories, who will each receive £50.

An overall winner will then be chosen for the final card design, and the youngster who designs it will receive a further £50 as well as a £150 donation to their school and the very first loyalty card off the press.

Entry forms are available now from all four schools in the town, or alternatively use the form on page 3 and return it to your child’s school, or to Console Connections on Church Street, by 24th October.

Any organisations, caterers or businesses who are interested in holding a stall at the Christmas Procession event should call Chris on 01388 776699.
