
Ferryhill Festival of Christmas Trees, hosted at Ferryhill Methodist Chapel had over 400 attending to see the huge arrangement of Christmas trees on show.
Glenys from Approach Too said: “The public votes are in and counted and the winners are as follows: Most Popular School Tree was won by Cleves Cross Primary School and Most Popular Community Tree was won by Ferryhill Dog Walkers Association.
“Very well done, you brought a smile to lots of faces.”
“The Search for a Star was won by two Broom Cottages Primary School pupils and their prize is on the way.
“All the beautiful messages put on the Remembrance Tree were blessed at Sundays Service.”
Glenys added, “So many thanks to everyone at Ferryhill Village Methodist Chapel for all their hard work, it would be impossible to run without them. Their skill, experience and patience means so many wonderful events are run in Ferryhill.
