Walking Netball at Spennymoor Leisure Centre

The sessions are for people of any age and ability.

We have a Walking Netball session which takes place every Monday at 1:30-2:30pm at Spennymoor Leisure Centre, writes Durham County Council Community Wellbeing Co-ordinator, Craig Daley.

The first session is free and then each week is £3 per session, pay as you play.

The group are a lovely friendly group who like to meet up and enjoy a fun version of the game.

The group would love more people of any age and ability to come along and join them for a ‘wiggle and a giggle’.

Walking Netball is a great way to have fun, improve you health and meet new people.

We don’t take the session seriously, it’s all about having some fun and a laugh playing Netball inspired games.

After each session the group sit down for a cuppa and a chat too.

If you’d like to join in, just pop along to the session, or for more details please email: enquiries-move[@]sport[.]durham[.]gov[.]uk.
