A menswear brand founded and run from Spennymoor is opening its first-ever physical premises, right in its own hometown, and creating three new jobs in the process.
Just Tall makes extra-long clothing for tall, slim and athletic men between 6’2” and 7’2”, organic, soft and, crucially, actually long enough.
Founder Ben Khalifa, who is 6’5” himself, launched the brand online in February 2022 after years of struggling to find clothes that fitted properly.
Since then, Just Tall has passed 10,000 orders, earned ethical certification, and picked up coverage from national and international media.
Now, for the first time, the brand is moving into physical premises: Unit 27 at Multipark Enterprise City, a 965 sq ft unit that’s just had a full refurbishment; the business opened this month.
Multipark Enterprise City is home to a mix of trade, manufacturing, workshop and storage businesses, all just off the A688 and close to the A1(M).
For a brand that has grown almost entirely online, having a physical base close to home, and the new jobs that come with it, marks a new chapter.
Ben Khalifa, Founder of Just Tall, said: “I started Just Tall because I could never find clothes that fitted, long enough without being baggy.
“We launched online in February 2022 with just eleven products, and since then we’ve passed 10,000 orders and become a Google Top Quality Store.
“Spennymoor has been our home from the very start, so opening our first physical premises here, and creating three new local jobs, feels like a natural next step.”
