Team Bishop Ladies Netball Club train at Bishop Auckland College Sports Hall on Monday nights, between 7pm and 9pm, when they cover skills including passing, footwork, defending and match play. The sessions are for ladies aged 18 or over and the club welcome all abilities.
Team Bishop Ladies Netball Sessions were set up 2 years ago to offer opportunities for women to get fit in a fun, social environment. It has been so successful they have now put together two teams that play in the Durham City Netball league.
A spokesperson for the club commented, “We are always happy for new people to come to the sessions for fun and fitness.
“As Team Bishop Ladies Netball is now an established club, we are also looking for a local sponsor for team kit.

If you would like to take part, simply go along to any training session, (£3 per session).
