Spennymoor’s Town Mayor, Cllr Derek Taylor, attended Lothian House last month to present its manager, Jill Barlow with a bouquet to celebrate her long service.
The mayor joined the staff and residents as they celebrated Jill’s achievement.
The mayor said: “Jill does an amazing job here. It’s a warm, caring environment and it has been a pleasure mingling with the staff and wonderful residents.”
