Ferryhill Town Council would like to invite residents and visitors to attend Ferryhill’s Annual Summer Gala, which will be taking place on Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd August 2025.
Show Rides and catering vehicles will be operating in the Market Place Car Park from 12.00 noon – 6.00pm on both days, and on Sunday, 3rd August road closures with temporary bus stops will be in operation to facilitate a range of attractions taking place between 12.00 noon and 5.00pm as follows:
Programme for Sunday, 3rd August 2025
12 noon – Show Rides in The Market Street Car Park
(main car park in the Town Centre)
12 noon – Stalls in Market Street selling a range of products
12 noon – Face Painting by Glittery Girl in the Town Hall garden
12 noon – Children’s entertainment by Mr Windbags in The Town Hall
Garden (Note: Magic Shows will commence at:
12.30pm, 2.30pm and 4.00pm).
12 noon – Art & Photography Exhibition in the Upstairs Room
of the Town Hall
1.00pm – Children’s Fancy Dress Competition in The Town Hall Garden
(Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place)
2.00pm – Meet The Mascots in Market Street
3.00pm – Bubbleologist Performance by The Hartlepool Bubbleman
in Market Street
Free parking will be available in the Car Park at the rear of Mel’s Travel during the event.
