Charity cooking class – Bishop Auckland

Angel Trust in Bishop Auckland is hosting a cookery class on Wednesday 10 July, from 6.30pm until 8.30pm, to raise funds for their charity and projects, including their food bank and pantry. Senior fundraiser Callum Hodgson said: “Join us for an evening with Manzo’s head chef Dan Toase, who will host a cookery class on Sweet Potato & Wild Garlic Gnocchi with crispy prosciutto in homemade pesto, followed by Creme Brulee! “Bring your partner, friends or family for a night of culinary expertise. “Dan, a world-renowned chef, is bringing years of experience to the table to teach you how to make one of his signature dishes! “Bring something to drink – we’ll get the music on – and enjoy an evening of fun and food in our Angel Trust kitchen.” The class will be held in the Angel Trust building at Belvedere House in Kingsway, Bishop Auckland, with tickets priced at £25 per person.
