Age UK Free Wellbeing Walks – Ferryhill

Step into Summer with Age UK County Durham in Ferryhill on Monday 29th April at 1pm.
Age UK are working in partnership with Move County Durham to provide three free wellbeing walks over the coming months.
Next walks are 3 June and 1 July.
All walks start at Ferryhill Library at 1pm
These are gentle introductory walks for 50+ led by an experienced instructor.
Flat and very easy walk with no stiles – discover new friends and new experiences.
All welcome to join us afterwards in the library for refreshments.
