Street dance school, New Dance Generation, will be joining many other organisations in a free charity family fun day, which has been organised to help raise money for the Rainbow Trust, a charity which supports terminally ill children.
The event takes place on Saturday 25th May, from 12pm to 4pm at Bishop Auckland Cricket Club field. Activities include a bouncy castle, face painting, outdoor disco, stalls and a performance and Zumba workshop from New Dance Generation.
A spokesperson for the dance school said, “The children have had only four weeks to put together the routine and have worked extremely hard. They are thankful for the performance opportunity and delighted to be helping such a good cause.”
Everybody is welcome to go along and join in the fun.
New Dance Generation will be performing their routine at around 12.15pm followed by a half hour Zumba fitness workshop, when anyone can join in.
