Home Across County Durham Youth service funding final call

Youth service funding final call

There is just one week to go for youth services in priority areas in England to apply for the Government’s Better Youth Spaces funding.

Social Investment Business, the organisation administering the fund, is urging youth organisations not to miss out ahead of the final deadline on Thursday 6 November 2025.

“We are inviting organisations that support young people to apply for funding for vehicles or equipment in this second and final round of Better Youth Spaces funding. It will bring swift benefits to youth organisations in England, creating lasting impact for children and young people’s wellbeing.” said Nick Temple, Social Investment Business CEO.

He continued: “Funding has already been approved for a range of youth organisations including sports clubs, youth clubs, outdoor and adventure activities, or creative arts services; and we have received some fantastic feedback from services delighted to have got the green light for their projects. We don’t want any organisations that might be able to apply for funds to miss out as this is the last and final call.”

To date, Better Youth Spaces fund has approved over 300 applications to the tune of £12m, with plenty more in assessment. But the fund is still open for applications for equipment until 12 (noon) on Thursday 6 November 2025. This is the final round of this funding and services last chance to apply.
