St Paul’s and Trinity Methodist churches are to host a youth chocolate crafting event this July to create some delicious sweet treats.
Led by a professional chocolatier, the event on Tuesday 29 July, from 7-9pm at the St Paul’s Centre, will also include chocolate tasting, snacks and a short talk about the Christian faith.
The evening is just £2 per person and is being organised and subsidised by the Spennymoor Churches Holiday Club.
The event is open for youngsters aged between 12-18 (i.e. those just finishing year seven to year 13).

Building on the success of two Easter chocolate egg decorating events at St Paul’s, the organisers are pleased to be able to offer a similar event for teenagers as part of the Holiday Club activities.
