The Durhamgate & District WI Autumn Fare will be held on October 10 at St Davids Church Hall, Tudhoe Lane, DL16 6LL. The fare runs from 10:00am – 12:00pm. If any crafters or stallholders are interested, they can contact Barbara via email at durhamgate[@]durhamwi[.]co[.]uk.
The event has grown in popularity and showcases various crafts and charity stalls from around Spennymoor.
The WI meet every third Thursday of the month at St Davids Church Hall, Tudhoe, at 7pm. They are a supportive group that have gradually increased in numbers. They welcome everyone for an evening of friendly banter, light refreshments, crafting and speakers, and recently had ‘Elvis’ at a group meeting.
