Walking Netball sessions are now underway at Sunnydale Leisure Centre, from 11.30am to 12.30pm on Wednesdays. Everyone is welcome to this friendly and fun session.
Walking Netball is a slowed down version of the game, designed for anyone looking for fun exercise in a relaxed, supportive, and friendly environment.
All ages and abilities are welcome – don’t worry if you haven’t played for a while or ever before!
Sessions include warmup activities, fun games, skill work, and match play – at the appropriate level. Booking is not required, just go along and give it a try.
