Are you living with or caring for someone with cancer and dealing with all the challenges that it can bring? If you feel that you need some support or are not sure where to turn, join the Team Solan Cancer Support Coffee Morning on Mondays, 10am -12pm (apart from bank holidays) at Cleves Cafe at Ferryhill Sport and Education Centre.
They may be able to help point you in the right direction, or you can just sit in the company of people who have been where you are.
Everyone is welcome, so you are welcome to bring a family member or friend with you with if you feel that you don’t want to go alone.
Go and have a cuppa and see if it is for you, there is no pressure to attend weekly, stay for the whole two hours or to talk about yourself at all. But of course, you are quite welcome to stay for the whole morning.
