The Under 10 Aces won the main TATA Steel 9-a-side cup recently.
They won all of their group games, triumphing over Bedlington, North Ormsby and Byers Green.
In the quarter final they beat Coulby Newham 3-1 and won a dramatic penalty shoot-out against Redcar in the semi.
They played South Shields in the final and won 3-0 with goals from Curtis Layfield, Aaron Willoughby and Tom Aldsworth.
The Under 12s had a mixed day at All Stars 7-a-side tournament.
They won their first game 2-0 against All Star Hawks with goals from Ethan Dixon and Jamie Redfearn.
In the second game they lost 3-0 to Farrington Whites, while in the third game they lost 5-1 to Redcar Town. Bishops goal came through Bailey Prudhoe. In the final group game against Ryhope CW everything came right and St. Mary’s won 5-0 with goals from Jack Blacklock, Ethan Dixon and a hat trick from Adam Dobson.
The Under 16s had an eventful start to their week in the Barcelona Junior cup with a mix-up with their bus which was taking them to their games. They ended up with the Barcelona F.C. 1st team bus to take them and then had a great first game with a 1-0 win over Spanish side Plan Marcet, with a great goal from James Lupton.
This was followed by three more games against Spanish and Brazilian sides.

St Mary’s last season Under 10 Devils are now playing at Under 11s and had two great wins over the weekend, starting with a 4-1 triumph over Darlington Spraire Lasses, with goals from player-of-the-match, Charlotte Lowes (2), and Beth Black (2).
The second game was a 7-0 win over Hebburn with goals from player-of-the-match, Lauren Black (2) Charlotte Lowes (4), and Beth Black.
The Under 15 Angels had a great weekend and won the McKinley Park Cup competition at Redcar by getting through to the final and beating Nunthorpe 2-0, with two goals from Bianca Owens.
