Singing for the Brain group

The fun sessions will take place at Endeavour Woodcrafts.

A new Singing for the Brain group is starting on Thursday 11 July, from 1pm until 2.30pm at Endeavour Woodcrafts and they can’t wait to welcome everyone.

Spokesperson, Carole King said: “The staff training has been completed, we have the percussion instruments ready, song sheets are being typed at the moment and any suggestions for songs are welcome. We have tea, coffee and biscuits and everything is free.

“We are not a choir but a singing group (without backing music) for support and health benefits only and of course, for having lots of fun. You don’t need to have a good singing voice (we don’t!) just the desire to join in and reminisce. We don’t charge anyone for coming along but you can make a donation if you wish to.”

Anyone interested should contact Endeavour on 01740 657676 if you want to register for a place.
