Shildon AFC extended their winning run to five games, including four in the league, with a 6-0 thrashing of Carlisle City at Dean Street.
Adam Lennox, who joined from Whickham FC ten days earlier, launched his goals account with a hat-trick, his first coming from the penalty spot on the stroke of half-time.
It proved the catalyst that opened the second half floodgates with Lennox notching again on 55 minutes before Billy Greulich-Smith added to the scoresheet on 66.
With City collapsing uder a late onslaught, three more were added in the closing minutes.
Lennox grabbed his third (88), while Ciaran Banks and Elliott Day add further gloss in added time.
The result comes on the back of a 2-0 win over Easington Colliery at the weekend, with goals from Greulich-Smith and Aaron Cunningham coming either side of the interval.
This weekend, The Railwaymen travel to Birtley Town.
