Shildon Community Bus has now closed it’s Go Fund Me Page online.
Their aim was to achieve a total of £2000 to help fund the cost and running of a new bus.
The final total raised was the incredible sum of £1936.36 which will help them immensely.
They would especially like to thank Nigel Price and everyone who supported the appeal and donated towards Nigel’s 140 mile walk, which he completed over six stages.
The new bus was delivered in August and the residents of Shildon and surrounding areas are reaping the benefits.
