Royal George raises funds for Tiny Lives

Staff at the Royal George in Shildon have been raising money for the past couple of months for Tiny Lives. The charity helps over 800 premature and newborn babies and their families at the RVI in Newcastle every year.

The charity is close to home as Beth, who works at the Royal George, and her newborn son, Samuel were supported there after his birth in October 2019.

“We ran raffles and domino cards to raise the funds,” said Beth, adding, “Many thanks to all our customers for every prize donated and every raffle ticket purchased.”

The fundraising efforts raised a fantastic £1,155 for the charity.
