Bishop Auckland and Shildon Area Action Partnership’s AGM/Board Meeting, which was scheduled for Thursday 16th May, was cancelled and had been rescheduled to take place next month.
The meeting will now be held on Thursday 13th June, from 6pm until 8.30pm, at Jubilee Fields Community Centre in Shildon.
A spokesperson for the group commented, “Please note if you would like to raise any neighbourhood issues, can you do this in advance, no later than Thursday 6th June, so we can coordinate these issues prior to the meeting and include them in the agenda.
“You can do this either by telephoning 03000 268 663 or emailing bishopshildonaap@durham.gov.uk.
“If you would like to attend the meeting, please inform me beforehand so that I can make prior arrangements in relation to seating, refreshments, health and safety, documentation.”
