Lee’s fundraising update

Lee has so far only managed two dry outdoor rides but has ridden every day of the month so far - some on a static bike indoors.

Just 375km to go, writes Lee Williams in an update to his August Cycle the Month fundraising challenge in which he hopes to cover 500km by the end of August.

“The weather has been miserable to start this challenge,” he continues, “and I would like to thank SBG Bishop Auckland and Admire Fitness for allowing me to complete some of the distance on a static bike, in the dry.

“In the first six days of the challenge I have only managed two dry outdoor rides, but I have ridden every day and so far I have achieved a distance of 125km (78 miles) and raised over £450 between my three chosen charities: Deliverance, Prostate Cancer UK and Brain Tumour Research.

“For more information on my chosen charities and to sponsor me click here. In the meanwhile, thank you for your ongoing encouragement and support.”
