Ferryhill Town Council would like to invite local school children (12 years and under) to take part in a Competition to ‘Design a Christmas Card.’
Entry into the competition is completely free, and entrants stand a chance of winning vouchers of up to £50, with the winning design also becoming Ferryhill Town Council’s Official Christmas Card for 2025.
The Competition will be judged by the Town Council’s Events Committee, with the winners being announced, and vouchers presented, at the Council’s Annual Christmas Fayre on Friday, 28 November 2025. Prizes for the winning entries will be as follows:
1st Place – £50 Voucher
2nd Place – £30 Voucher
3rd Place – £20 Voucher
Anyone interested in taking part in the competition should submit their entry together with their name, address, age and email/ telephone number to Ferryhill Town Hall by no later than Friday, 21 November 2025.
Please note Christmas Card Designs should be on white A4 paper. Entrants may use paint, felt tips or crayons in their design, but should not use any stick-on materials, as the design must be capable of being scanned.
