Children have been flocking to the Three Tuns in Shildon over the past few days, where Santa has been working in his new-and-improved Grotto.
Landlord Billy Drennan first opened the grotto last Christmas, and has been working hard with Wendy Lambert over the past two weeks to build on its success by adding more lights and decorations.
Around 85 children from around the town attended a party at the pub on Monday 23rd December. The lights in the grotto will be turned on every day from 4.30pm until Christmas Eve.
“If anyone would like to come along to see the grotto and take a photo with their children they are more than welcome to do so,” said Billy.
