This month has been one of the busiest for Therapy Dog, Bob who has been helping the teams at Cornerstone supporting homeless people in the north east.
The charity was able to support two individuals who had been rough sleeping in Bishop Auckland for two months.
During that time, they provided Sleep Pods, outreach support, essentials, warm clothing and facilities to get warm and charge their phones daily.
Now, they are finally off the streets and in emergency accommodation.
The charity, which is currently seeing a rising number of homeless individuals in Bishop Auckland, is working with Durham County Council to secure the pair suitable temporary housing so they can stay together, as they have been a vital source of support for each other through incredibly difficult times.
