The Town Council would welcome applications from interested and enthusiastic members of the public who wish to be part of the work the Town Council is involved with and help drive the community forward. By becoming a Councillor, you will represent the views of the people of the Town who often feel unheard and you will help shape the community by bringing new ideas forward and into fruition.
The closing date for applications is midnight on Wednesday the 4 March.
Following receipt of any applications candidates will be invited to a Special meeting of the Council, which will be held on Wednesday 11 March at 6pm, to introduce themselves, give information on their background and experience and why they wish to become a member of the Council. Any successful candidates will be chosen at this meeting.
