Have you seen the town notice boards outside Sainsburys in Ferryhill? The Ambassadors for Community Change are working with Ferryhill Town Council to improve the notice boards around Ferryhill.
As well as displaying lots of important crime prevention information for residents, the Ambassadors have been working with cartographer, Chris Orton on a display which includes a map of the area and historical information from Chris Lloyd too – all information visitors might expect to see.
Glenys from Approach Too said: “The results from the Ambassadors crime survey show people’s outdoor safety in their community is a really important issue as well as the general appearance of the area. By working together we can continue to make Ferryhill a place to live where we feel safe and where we can feel proud.”
