On Friday 6th and Saturday 7th February, at 7.30pm, Shildon Civic Hall will host the first Youth Variety Show in Shildon.
They will be evenings full of live entertainment from young people aged 6 to 18 years of age.
Just some of the youth groups that will be taking part are members of Dynamic Dance, C.A.T.S. Youth Theatre Group, St. John’s Youth Group, Tykes Young People’s Group, Andrew Tombling School of Dance and many others.
A spokesperson said, “This is an evening where youth shines. Young people get such bad press at times, and all these young people taking part in the Variety Show aim to show this isn’t always true. If the event is successful then it will become an annual thing.”
