Ever thought about trying water sports but not sure if it’s for you? Age UK County Durham are running a FREE taster session open to anyone 65+ living in County Durham.
You can try kayaking or paddleboarding on extra large paddle boards for free!
The session will be held on 10 September at 1pm at Witton Castle Country Park, DL14 0DE.
