Spennymoor Settlement has announced that they have vacancies in their popular Tai Chi class for seniors. The continuous course helps with fitness and self defence.
Held each Wednesday from 12.30pm until 1.30pm at Spennymoor Settlement’s Everyman Theatre, in O’Hanlan Street, off King Street, they currently have four spaces available for anybody wanting to join.
Loose clothing, such as T shirt, jumper and leggings or similar is the ideal dress attire. No equipment is required.
Anyone over 50 interested in joining, should contact Gerard Robinson on 07714 105515 to reserve your place. The cost is £5 per session.
