Bishop Auckland Town Team is preparing a bumper entertainment package for shoppers this December.
Children will be invited into the Newgate Shopping Centre to see Santa on Saturdays in December (4th, 11th and 18th) between 10am and 3pm.
It’s free and there’s an opportunity to have your photo taken with him. From just £1, you will receive a 6” x 4” colour photo within just a few minutes!
There will be some festive music and entertainment from Innovations, Ruth Stapleton, Jenna Highfield and Steven Berry, as well as free face painting for the children.
Clive Auld, Chair of the Bishop Auckland Town Team, said. “In addition to Santa and other entertainment, you will also have the chance to win a luxury Christmas hamper in the Christmas Raffle.
“For just £1 a ticket you could win the hamper worth over £100! “Tickets will be available from Town Team volunteers each Saturday at the events and the draw will take place at 3pm on Saturday 18th December.”
