Spectrum Roller Skating Club are exceptionally proud to announce confirmation of three athletes chosen to take part in Crystal Tulip International held in Moerkapelle, the Netherlands between 1-4 May.
Lucy Owen (13) will compete in Ladies Cadet solo dance, Ella Hutchinson (11) will compete in Ladies Espoir solo dance and Liam Stevens (10) will compete in Mens Mini solo dance. Liam and Ella will also take part in Espoir Couples.
All three skaters will be making their international debut and have worked hard to achieve this opportunity.
Roller skating is an amazing sport for young people which supports physical development as well as fundamental life skills!
Spectrum Roller Skating Club will celebrate their tenth anniversary this year and have produced many successful athletes. They are looking for help and support to continue the club’s success.
Currently fundraising efforts are undertaken by the club, parents and skaters, but they are looking for sponsorship and donations to help with costs.
A Justgiving page has been set up to create an international fund to help send the three athletes to their first international competition. Please help if you can.
