Old Shildon Homing Society released their birds in Leicester on Saturday 17th May at 8.10am.
The first bird was back in Shildon at 10.42am, just two and a half hours later, having travelled 141 miles.
The first and 3rd bird home belonged to Smith, Alderson & Spark, 2nd & 4th was J.B. Younghusband and 4th & 5th was Thompson & Wilkinson.
