Middridge History Society’s next talk will take place on Wednesday 12 November at 7.30pm, when local author and retired GP, Dr Paul Davison, will give an illustrated talk based on his book ‘Service Child‘.
Dr Davison will chronicle his nomadic childhood, trailing his father’s RAF postings, through to medical school, becoming a junior doctor and working as a GP and a Police Surgeon.
Anecdotes, exhilarating travel and true-life medical stories are entwined with personal experiences.
The talk takes place in Middridge Village Hall and everyone is welcome.
