Shildon AFC Under 14s had a landslide win against local rivals Newton Aycliffe, when they beat them 11-1.
Noah McCourt scored an incredible 7 goals, which makes him the overall top league goalscorer in the whole of the TJFA after scoring 19 league goals in 4 games.
Steven Dawson notched against his former club, Adam Campbell helped himself to a double and Jack Mortimer bagged his 8th League goal this season.
The defence was again fantastic with Tom Andelin, Sam Matthews, Blake Milner, Cain Smith and Adam Nodding keeping things tight in front of Goalkeeper Niall Higham.
A warm welcome was extended to Shildon AFC U8s by Stockton Town Royals. Their game began with progressive play from Shildon AFC which brought early goals from John Taylor (2) and Sam Hopper (1) bringing the half time score to 3-0 to Shildon. The second half was strong in defence with strong play from Noah Fawcett, Callum Dale and Xander Caygill and fantastic goal keeping from Adam Thompson, enabling Shildon to keep a clean sheet.
There were further goals from Taylor and Hopper, bringing the final score to Stockton 0 – Shildon 7.
