South Durham Ladies Walking Football are inviting all ladies over 18 and girls over 16 accompanied by an an adult to enjoy some fitness, fun and banter.
The ladies only group is hosting an open night at their regular Ferryhill Sport and Education Centre venue on Sunday 16 March from 6-7pm where anyone interested can pop along for a free session and to find out more.
“If you are getting back to fitness from an injury, or have never tried it before, or just want to kick a ball with the kids or grandkids, this is the time to pop along and meet other ladies in the team,” said organiser, Clair Johnston.
