The birds of Old Shildon Homing Society were released at Billericay in Essex for the Yearling Classic on Sunday 21st June.
They were liberated at 9am, with the first bird to complete the 226 mile journey arriving at 2pm.
In 1st place was Smith, Alderson and Spark, who also came in 6th, while 2nd place went to Thompson & Wilkinson.
3rd was M&M Peacock & T&J Brown, 4th JB Younghusband and 5th M&M Peacock & T&J Brown.
