A new novel, Surface Tension by local author, Neil Stevenson from Bishop Middleham, Ferryhill has been published by Tim Saunders Publications.
“Librarians are often thought of as quite dull people,” says Neil. “But the protagonist of my thriller is anything but.
“Over the course of a week he loses his job, tries to end a friend’s marriage, gets caught in a scam involving foreign students, offends a crime lord’s son and looks to run away with half a million pounds.”
Publisher Tim Saunders adds, “Aside from the gripping plot there’s much descriptive writing and I’ve enjoyed reading it.”
Surface Tension is available in all good bookshops and online, and Neil is keen to see his book in local bookshops and libraries.
