The second league game of the season for the Durham Tigers under 12 team was away against the Cramlington Rockets.
There was a great turnout from the squad and everything was set for a cracking game. By half time the Tigers had a clear lead of 20 to the Rockets 4. The Tigers kept up their winning form in the second half to clinch a clear win of 38-8.
The Under 12’s coach Tom Dawson said: “I’m very proud of the boys, they had their confidence knocked with a loss at their last game, but I’m so proud that they used that as motivation to improve and that has shown its self with their win against the Cramlington Rockets. I just hope that they can build on this because if they do they’ll have a very good season.”
