Citizens Advice Bureau sessions are changing

From next week, Shildon Citizens Advice sessions, will be moving to appointments only with sessions taking place on a fortnightly basis on Thursdays.

The next session will be on Thursday 19 October from 10am – 1pm at the Shildon Town Council Offices in Civic Hall Square. Should you require an appointment with an advisor, you can complete the simple advice form by scanning the QR Code in the poster.

An appointment will then be arranged at the Council Offices for the next available date. This process allows the service to triage your advice needs and ensure that the community face-to-face provision is prioritised for those who need support.
