Holly Lodge Care Home in Shildon is asking for any local knitters who could very kindly knit and donate fidget blankets or fidget mitts for residents to use.
“We have found in the past our residents can find it very relaxing using these during the day,” said Home Administrator, Tracey Hamilton.
“We would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help out with our request.”
