To celebrate the last day of term on Tuesday 19 July, the children of Byerley Road Pre-School were given a special treat.
They started the day with a visit from the Fire Brigade where they were all able to have a sit in the fire engine and have a squirt of the huge hose which they all enjoyed. After all the excitement of the Fire Brigade visit, the children enjoyed a pizza party for lunch, followed by a lovely ice cream treat which a lady called Sharon came and made for them.
A spokesperson said, “Thankyou to all the fire officers who attended, Sharon the ice cream lady, and our parents and carers who helped make our last day of term a happy and fun one. We hope you all have a lovely summer and we look forward to seeing you all in September.”
