Endeavour Woodcrafts CIC has thanked the 4 Together AAP in Ferryhill for funding to complete a woodworking course for ex-services personnel.
The course, initially due to run for 12 months on site, was badly delayed by Covid lockdowns but has now been completed. It was designed to help participants to learn woodworking skills to enable them to produce mainly garden items and concluded with some of the participants making three wooden benches, which will be donated to the local town councils in Ferryhill, Bishop Middleham and Chilton.
“We have received excellent feedback on the course praise for Alan Curry’s woodworking skills,” said a spokesperson. “Thank you to the staff of 4 Together, in particular to Paula Nixon and Paula Stockport.
