UPDATE: The meeting venue has been moved to Chilton Academy.
Chilton Town Council will host a public meeting for Avant Homes, to outline the details and answer questions from Chilton Residents, on the planning application to develop 148 new houses and associated and outline planning permission for 320 houses and landscaping.
The meeting will be held on 25 February 2026, 6pm -7pm in Hutton House, and will include a presentation from Avant Homes followed by a Q&A session.
This follows the successful drop in with senior representative from DCC Planning Depart hosted by the Town council, where residents provided constructive feedback to planning officers.
