Ferryhill Town Council recently held their annual Art and Photography Exhibition. The event allows local artists and photographers, both experienced and amateur to showcase their work.
The event was held online, on the council’s Facebook page and in Ferryhill Town Hall, with participants able to choose which parts of the exhibition they preferred to take part in.
The exhibits entered were widely varied and the event was yet again a huge success, boasting a record number of visitors.
Residents were asked to vote for their favourite pieces of work. The winners of the 2025 Art & Photography Exhibition are as follows:
Art Winner: Endeavour Woodcrafts for A Memorial
Children’s Art Winner: Amelie Turner for Fox
Photography Winner: Serena Nicholls for Social Distancing – Squirrel & Robin
