2025 has been another successful year in the community for Trades4Care.
Over the last 12 months the team have carried out projects helping to maintain many care, community and educational buildings. They have also helped to maintain people’s homes who can no longer carry out work due to illness, disability or old age.
The project has also given over 50 work experience placements to local young adults and construction students. Some students that have been involved with Trades4Care this year have now gone into apprenticeships or employment and others are currently enjoying their construction courses at college.
Charlie Wright Director of Trades4care said “It’s been another great year supporting so many great organisations that go above and beyond to help so many families and local kids in our communities.
“Our Handyman service continues to grow and we have a new external cleaning service thanks to Matthew which is proving very popular. Every young adult that has joined us this year has done some great work helping in their community.
“Looking forward to 2026 we have some very exciting projects in the pipeline which will create some amazing opportunities for our local young adults.
“On behalf of all at Trades4care we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy New year. Also a big thank you to Archie and the team for their continuous support in covering all the great work our local youngsters do in the community.
